Pigott, Ph.D. Director

Beach, FL
Dr. Pigott is a social psychologist,
with a Ph.D. from Florida State University. She has
been conducting research in the area of psychology and
the law since the early 1980's. All of Magnus' research
activities are conducted under Dr. Pigott's auspices.
She is responsible for research design, staff supervision,
and is the client's main contact regarding case details
and research design. Dr. Pigott oversees all aspects
of the research and consults with clients during our
research or in court.

H. Fauss, M.S.M. Chief
Operating Officer/Director of Consulting Services,
Pompano Beach, FL
Mr. Fauss has a masters degree in management,
from Georgia Tech. He is in charge of all business functions
and is the primary client liaison. He is responsible
for case intake, proposal generation, and logistical
management. Clients should feel free to contact Mr.
Fauss at any time; his role is to ensure that the research
projects and administrative details are handled efficiently.

"Buddy" Payne, Jr., Esq.

Rated as one of the top trial attorneys
in the country, Mr. Payne provides his considerable
litigation expertise to aid Magnus' clients. The benefits
of his winning trial experiences are gained as he offers
consultation services and assists both Dr. Pigott and
Magnus' clients in determining the most effective research
planning and trial or mediation strategies. One of Mr.
Payne's key responsibilities is to help clients gain
insight into the value of utilizing Magnus' services
in all phases of litigation.

Bernard
Salzberg, Ph.D., Esq.
Litigation Research Consultant,
Okeechobee, FL
Dr. Salzberg is a practicing attorney
and a clinical psychologist. As such, he wears "two
hats"; that is, he may be responsible for the role-playing
of the opposition during jury research or serving in
a psychologist consulting role during research or at
trial. Dr. Salzberg works with Magnus on selected cases
on jury research, witness preparation, and voir dire
consultation.

Neal
F. Webb, Project Manager
Mr. Webb is a graduate of Kutztown University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and has an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of Philadelphia. Prior to attending college, Mr. Webb served as a paratrooper in the Army's 82nd. Airborne Division. As Project Manager, Mr. Webb supervises research associates, oversees all pre-research aspects, consults with clients during research projects, and assists with the post-research analysis for client's final report. Mr. Webb also consults with Magnus Graphics’ clients to create high-impact visual aides to assist decision makers’ comprehension of case facts.

Chelsea Ballentine, Research Associate
Ms. Ballentine is a graduate of The University of Miami and holds a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Psychology and minors in Criminology and Business Law. Ms. Ballentine is the client liaison regarding pre-research details. She is responsible for pre-research logistical planning, facility and travel arrangements, post-research data analyses, graphics, and proofing in the write-up of the reports.

Suzanne Dycus, Administrative Assistant
Suzanne Dycus is Magnus’ part time administrative assistant. Ms. Dycus’ responsibilities include a full range of administrative and support duties for the research team and Magnus’ partners. Ms. Dycus is considering a career in jury research upon completing her education. |

M. Langer , Ph.D.,
Communication Consultant
Dr. Langer holds a Ph.D. in communicative
disorders from Northwestern University, and a B.A. and
M.A. in speech and theater from Brooklyn College. Dr.
Langer is a board certified speech pathologist who coaches
professionals on presentation and communications skills.
Dr. Langer works with Magnus in providing fact or expert
witness preparation. He is also involved with Magnus‚
training programs and attorney professional development
programs.

Paula Smith, TYG Marketing, Mock Jury Recruiter and Survey
Interviewers, Margate,FL
Ms. Smith has a masters degree in psychology and is the owner
of TYG Marketing. Though not officially a part of Magnus,
TYG is an integral part of the research team in that its professional
recruiters and interviewers are responsible for respondent
recruiting and survey interviews. TYG works closely with Magnus,
and has a great deal of understanding of our research needs.
