Voir Dire Workshop
Magnus' Voir Dire workshop is an intensive attorney training
program. The attorney provides documents for a pending case
to one of Magnus' consultants who will review the documents
and prepare voir dire questions. The attorney will then conduct
a voir dire of jury eligible citizens in the presence of the
consultant. Immediate feedback is provided to the attorney
by the consultant in order to facilitate the attorney's understanding
of ways to fine tune his or her voir dire skills. The Voir
Dire Workshop can be used by an attorney as a dress rehearsal
for trial or for law firm training; the workshop is eligible
for CLE credit in Florida. The Voir Dire Workshop can be expanded
to include arguments and jury deliberations in order to evaluate
the impact of voir dire training on the outcome of the case.
Contact Magnus Research Consultants to fine tune your voir
dire skills.
