What "Research" Means to a Litigation Psychologist
There are almost as many kinds of research as there are people who perform it. Attorneys are familiar with case law updates and other forms of legal research, but legal research is vastly different from other types of research. Magnus Research Consultants is comprised of litigation psychologists who are trained in conducting social science research. We use a scientific approach in performing research for our clients, regardless of whether we are doing a focus group, mock trial, or large scale attitude survey. In contrast to other social scientists, as psychologists we are able to focus on the factors related to both individual and group decision making that impact jurors’ and juries’ views of a case.

Contact Magnus to put litigation psychology research to work on your next case.
